A Little About Me

I know you're busy—me too. So instead of making you read my life story, here’s the short and sweet version:

1. I love helping people, and writing is my way of doing it. Give me a blank document and a story to tell, and I’m in my element.
    
2. I've wanted to be a writer since third grade. My teacher gave us blank hardcover books to write and illustrate our own stories, and I knew right then—I was hooked for life.
    
3. I have a deep, irrational hatred of hot dogs. Seriously. I could write an entire book about it. But I won’t. Probably.
    
4. Stories are everything to me. My grandpa’s wild tales of running away to California—siphoning gas and sleeping on beaches—sparked my love for storytelling. Every business has a story, and I love helping brands share theirs in a way that connects with real people.
    
5. Editing is my jam. As a former newspaper copy editor, I got a kick out of watching reporters sharpen their skills over time. Helping others improve their writing is one of my favorite things.
    
6. My three happy places: My family, the beach, and Epcot, preferably with a churro in hand.
